As a QA Tester, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure applications meet defined requirements.

Your responsibilities will include

- Review software requirements and understand expected functionality.
- Create and execute manual test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and report software defects.
- Track bugs using issue-management tools.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct retesting.
- Test web and mobile application features.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate forms, authentication, navigation, and application workflows.
- Conduct cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile development and testing activities.
- Assist with test automation scripts where required.
- Monitor application quality across releases.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in software testing or relevant projects.
- Understanding of software testing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with software development and testing lifecycles.
- Knowledge of manual testing techniques.
- Ability to write and execute test cases.
- Understanding of functional and regression testing.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Understanding of web applications and browser behavior.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Selenium or Playwright is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
