Role Description The Public Speaking Mentor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding learners in developing confident, effective communication and presentation skills. Day-to-day tasks include designing and delivering interactive online sessions, workshops, and practice activities focused on public speaking, storytelling, voice modulation, and stage presence. The mentor will assess learners’ strengths and areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback, and create individualized learning plans.

Additional responsibilities include preparing digital learning materials,



collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, monitoring learner progress, and maintaining an engaging, supportive virtual classroom environment. The role also involves communicating regularly with stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning outcomes and continuous improvement.
