About us

Stars N Celebs (starsncelebs.in) is India's first artist identity platform for performing artists: dancers, singers, actors, models, anchors and influencers. Face of the City is our talent-hunt campaign that discovers and celebrates the best young artists in every city. We're starting with a pilot and plan to grow it across India.

The role

You will own Face of the City from idea to execution: planning it, building the partner network, bringing in artists and running the contest.

What you'll do

Build and manage a network of freelancers, talent scouts, local event agencies and colleges

Plan and run the contest in each city: rules, timelines, judging and the winner announcement

Get 200+ artists to join and complete their profiles in each city

Create posters, reels and promo videos for the campaign

Coordinate prizes, certificates, banner features and partner deliverables

Track results and report weekly: registrations, live profiles and reach





Plan expansion to new cities based on what works

What we're looking for

3+ years in events, talent hunts, casting, campus marketing or brand activations A strong existing network of freelancers, event agencies and colleges

Strategic thinking: able to plan a campaign, set targets and adjust quickly

Skilled at designing posters and creating or editing videos (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)

Clear communication and good negotiation skills

Comfortable working independently in a young, quick-moving startup

Good to have

Experience running auditions or multi-city talent hunts

Social media and Instagram campaign experience

Knowledge of the performing arts, media or entertainment industry
