Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fabrication, welding and manufacturing operations.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
- Supervise MIG, TIG and SMAW welding processes.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 40+ workers.
- Monitor production targets, quality, safety and shop-floor activities.
- Coordinate production orders, material availability, routing and confirmations using SAP.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Identify and resolve fabrication and manufacturing issues.
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
