As we continue to grow, we are aggressively expanding our focus on agricultural implements and innovative agricultural equipment solutions. We are looking for a capable, hands-on Production Incharge to lead our shop-floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient production on time with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily shop-floor production across two shifts.
- Allocate jobs and manpower to welders, fabricators, fitters, helpers, and other production workers.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, fitting, assembly, and finishing of tippers, trolley bodies, containers, and agricultural equipment.
- Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate shift handovers, pending jobs, material availability, and production priorities.
- Maintain workforce discipline, attendance, productivity, and efficient manpower utilization.
- Identify production bottlenecks and resolve shop-floor issues promptly.
- Monitor material wastage, rework, welding quality, and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, design, and management teams for smooth production flow.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of production workers as per manpower requirements.




- Maintain daily production records and report output, delays, and pending work to management.
- Support the development and manufacturing of new agricultural implements and upcoming product lines.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in fabrication, welding, heavy engineering, automotive body building, or agricultural equipment manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of shop-floor operations and production processes.
- Experience handling workers, allocating jobs, and achieving production targets.
- Ability to manage shift-wise manpower, production schedules, and handovers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to manufacturing.
- Willingness to remain actively involved on the factory floor.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Candidates with robust relevant shop-floor experience are encouraged to apply.
