- Support the mechanical equipment procurement process for equipment including AHUs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, heat pumps, RTUs, VRF systems, pumps, louvers, exhaust fans, and related systems.
- Review mechanical drawings, equipment schedules, specifications, and project requirements to help define procurement scope and identify the technical and commercial information required for manufacturer solicitation.
- Assist Freedom Source Project and Procurement Managers with the development of mechanical bid packages, manufacturer solicitations, bid comparisons, scope reviews, technical clarifications, submittal coordination, procurement tracking, and other activities required to move equipment from sourcing through execution.
- Support procurement activities for select architectural finish categories, including paint and coatings, flooring, tile, stone, and other materials added to the Freedom Source portfolio.
- Review architectural drawings, finish schedules, specifications, and related project documentation to identify applicable materials, quantities, product requirements, and procurement scope.
- Prepare Bills of Material, quantity summaries, equipment schedules, bid packages, and other procurement documentation appropriate to each material or equipment category.
- Collaborate with Freedom Source Project Managers and Procurement Managers to validate quantities, equipment requirements, scope, and design intent before packages are issued to manufacturers.
- Identify discrepancies, omissions, and conflicts within drawings, schedules,

models, and specifications and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve questions prior to procurement.
- Support manufacturer and product evaluations by organizing technical information, identifying deviations from project requirements, and assisting with comparisons of proposed products and equipment.
- Support value engineering initiatives by evaluating alternate products and manufacturers, identifying opportunities for standardization, and providing technical information required to assess procurement alternatives.
- Maintain organized procurement documentation, quantity records, bid information, equipment schedules, and standardized templates to promote consistency and transparency across projects.
