Role Description This is a full time, on-site Presales Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Presales

Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop technical proposals, and present suitable solar solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing system designs and configurations, performing technical evaluations, and supporting product demonstrations and customer meetings. The role involves coordinating with internal technical teams for integration and installation feasibility, responding to technical queries, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet performance, safety, and cost objectives.

The Presales

Engineer will also maintain documentation, contribute to bid responses, and provide ongoing technical support during the sales cycle.

Qualifications





Solar industry experience is must atleast 2-3 years

- Candidates should possess strong Presales and Sales skills, including requirements gathering, solution presentation, and proposal development.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support skills to address customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-sales technical guidance.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to ensure solar systems and related components work seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess Security awareness related to system safety, compliance with standards, and risk mitigation for solar installations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, energy, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, engineering, and customer stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant design or simulation tools and standard office productivity software.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
