- Assist in preparing project schedules, work programmes, and construction timelines.
- Develop and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor actual site progress against planned schedules and identify delays or deviations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and project management teams.
- Collect site progress data and maintain progress records.
- Assist in preparing material requirement schedules and manpower deployment plans.
- Support the preparation of look-ahead schedules and progress tracking reports.




- Identify potential delays and escalate issues to the Planning Engineer or Project Manager.
- Assist in preparing project status reports, progress charts, and S-curves.
- Maintain records of drawings, work orders, site instructions, and construction milestone
- Ensure planning documents are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure adherence to project milestones.

KEY SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant construction planning training or certification will be preferred.
- Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in construction planning.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
