Are you passionate about scaling paid campaigns, driving conversions, and maximising ROAS?

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads to scale our D2C/eCommerce campaigns and drive profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Optimise bids, budgets, ad creatives, product feeds, and landing pages.
- Track and analyse conversions using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports,



and turn data into actionable growth strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and website teams to improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably with D2C or eCommerce brands.
- Strong expertise in Performance Max, Google Shopping, Search, and remarketing.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, and product feed optimisation.
- A proven ability to scale campaigns and deliver profitable ROAS.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and optimisation skills.
