Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Peb Construction role based in Bhopal. The role involves overseeing PEB construction activities from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed according to design, safety standards, and project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, monitoring site progress, inspecting structural components, and verifying compliance with drawings and specifications.

The person in this role will assist with budgeting and resource planning, maintain project documentation,



and use basic software tools for reporting and communication. The position requires regular presence at project sites and proactive problem-solving to address construction challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Construction and Inspection skills to manage PEB site activities and quality checks.
- Candidates should possess Architecture-related understanding to interpret drawings, structural details, and design specifications.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to support cost estimation, tracking, and resource allocation for projects.
- Candidates should possess Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports, documentation, and communication.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is preferred.
- Knowledge of PEB systems, structural steel components, and construction safety standards is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bhopal.
- Willingness to travel to project locations within the region as required.
