About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to supervise our development team on a part time basis. You’ll guide technical decisions, review code and help ensure projects meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

This role suits a senior engineer or technical lead who can provide clear direction, mentor developers and resolve complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise frontend, backend, database and API development.
- Review code for quality, security, performance and maintainability.
- Break business requirements into clear technical tasks and milestones.
- Guide architecture, technology choices and development practices.
- Track progress, resolve blockers and keep delivery on schedule.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute code when required.




- Oversee testing, deployments and technical documentation.
- Provide concise progress updates to management.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
- Experience mentoring developers or leading an engineering team.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js, and a backend stack such as Node.js or Python.
- Experience with databases, REST APIs and third party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, cloud hosting and deployment workflows.
- Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commit 2 focused hours daily, with consistent availability during an agreed time slot.

Working ArrangementFully remote, part time role with compensation of UPTO ₹50,000 per month for 2 hours of work per day.
