This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements.
Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that support system stability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating across teams to resolve complex technical challenges and drive solution improvements.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
