Role Description The Owner role at Growth Wonders Pvt Ltd is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategy, operations, client relationships, and financial performance. Day-to-day tasks include defining the company’s vision and growth plans, managing service offerings in digital marketing and lead generation, and ensuring high-quality delivery for all client projects. The Owner will supervise teams or contractors, set performance standards, and establish processes to support efficient, scalable operations.

This role also involves building and maintaining key client partnerships, exploring new market opportunities,



and making data-informed decisions to improve profitability and long-term sustainability. The Owner is expected to represent the company in external communications, uphold qualified and ethical standards, and foster an inclusive, collaborative working environment.

Qualifications
