Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and well-connected Outreach Manager to spearhead the university’s student recruitment, school/college networking, corporate collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.

The Outreach Manager will act as the face of MIT ADT University, cultivating robust relationships with high schools, junior colleges, educational counselors, parents, and prospective students. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional public speaking skills, a strategic mindset for regional and national student acquisition, and a proven track record in institutional outreach or higher-education marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive annual outreach and student acquisition plans to meet the university’s enrollment targets.
- Identify key geographical target markets (pan-India and international, if applicable) and build tailored engagement strategies.

2. Institutional & School Networking

- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with high schools, senior secondary schools, junior colleges, and coaching institutions.
- Coordinate career counseling sessions, university information desks,



and principal/counselor meets to promote MIT ADT University’s diverse academic programs.

3. Event Management & Campaigns

- Plan, organize, and lead on-campus and off-campus recruitment events, including university open houses, education fairs, school visits, webinars, and interactive workshops.
- Represent MIT ADT University at national and international higher-education expos and career fairs.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

- Work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Digital Media teams to align outreach campaigns with promotional materials (brochures, digital ads, newsletters).
- Collaborate with faculty members and student ambassadors to organize experiential campus tours and department showcases for visiting high school students and parents.

5. Data Analytics & Reporting

- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of various outreach activities, conversion metrics, and regional application trends.
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of school contacts, counselors, prospective leads, and event attendees.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing, or a Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven experience in institutional outreach, student recruitment, higher-education marketing, or corporate relations.
- Prior experience working within a recognized university or a large educational group in India is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Outstanding public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional networking abilities with educators, school principals, and academic counselors.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in data management, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively for school visits and education fairs.
