Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operator role based in Panipat. The Operator will be responsible for running and monitoring textile manufacturing machinery, including equipment used for producing non-woven felts and anti-skid dot backing felts. Daily tasks include setting up machines according to production specifications, loading raw materials, overseeing production runs, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

The Operator will perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting, and promptly report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.



The role also involves following standard operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to safety and compliance requirements, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic technical skills for operating industrial or textile machinery, including understanding of machine controls, settings, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and quality-focused skills, such as monitoring product consistency, identifying defects, and following quality control guidelines.
- Candidates should possess valuable physical stamina and manual handling capabilities, including the ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials, and work safely around heavy equipment.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to follow production schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate basic records of output and issues.
- Candidates should possess effective teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and coworkers, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, textiles, or a similar production environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards in industrial settings is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational background is preferred.
