Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a NAATI CCL Nepali Trainer based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-campus teaching and some work-from-home flexibility. The trainer will prepare learners for the NAATI CCL (Nepali) test by delivering structured lessons, practice sessions and targeted feedback to help students meet their score requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and updating lesson content, conducting group and one-on-one classes, assessing student performance, and providing guidance on test strategies and exam techniques.





The role also involves creating and refining study materials, monitoring learner progress through assessments and reports, and collaborating with the academic team to maintain high teaching standards. The trainer will support a student-centric environment, ensuring classes are inclusive, engaging and aligned with EnglishWise Global’s quality and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong command of Nepali and English, with excellent speaking, listening, reading and writing skills suitable for NAATI CCL training.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring or training, ideally in language test preparation (NAATI CCL, PTE, IELTS or similar exams).
- Ability to design lesson plans, develop structured course content and create effective practice materials for NAATI CCL Nepali.
- Skills in learner assessment, feedback delivery and progress tracking using quizzes, mock tests and performance reports.
- Transparent and confident classroom and online communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse student cohorts.
- Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms for hybrid delivery, including video conferencing and online content management.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple classes, student queries and administrative tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics or a related field; NAATI CCL certification or prior NAATI CCL teaching experience is highly regarded.
