About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on MIS & Performance Marketing Reporting Specialist to manage, streamline and automate reporting across digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with digital media data, building automated dashboards, consolidating reports from multiple platforms and ensuring data accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing metrics, enjoys working with data and can build efficient reporting processes with minimal manual intervention.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily, weekly and monthly MIS and performance reporting across multiple digital media campaigns.
- Consolidate campaign data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok, Snapchat and other advertising platforms.
- Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics including spend, impressions, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and conversions.
- Integrate media performance data with CRM, lead generation and sales data for comprehensive reporting.
- Automate reporting workflows using advanced Excel, Google Sheets, SQL and available data connectors.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Identify performance trends, anomalies and discrepancies across platforms.
- Develop standardized MIS templates,



reporting structures and documentation.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, technology and client-facing teams to deliver timely reports and actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in MIS, digital marketing reporting, performance analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads, Google Ads and DV360.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Experience managing large campaign datasets across multiple brands or accounts.
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, attribution and campaign performance measurement.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage reporting requirements and deadlines.

Good to Have
- Experience with GA4, Google BigQuery and Python.
- Knowledge of marketing APIs, ETL tools and reporting automation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar CRM platforms.
- Previous experience with a digital media agency, AdTech company or performance marketing team.
