Role Description The Merchandiser role at Era Sourcing is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Merchandiser will manage the product lifecycle, from understanding buyer requirements and sourcing suitable suppliers to coordinating samples, pricing, and order confirmations. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with buyers and vendors, tracking production schedules, monitoring quality checks, and ensuring on-time shipment.

The role also involves maintaining detailed product and order documentation, analyzing market trends,



and supporting product assortment and presentation. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to achieve smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand buyer needs, product assortments, and commercial performance.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product positioning, presentations, and basic market analysis.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office software for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience in merchandising, sourcing, or export/import operations, preferably in home décor or related product categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion/Interior Merchandising, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and coordinate with international clients across different time zones.
