Role Description The MEP Manager – Real Estate will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across residential projects, ensuring design, installation, and commissioning meet regulatory standards and project specifications. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to integrate MEP services efficiently into overall project plans. The role involves reviewing drawings, managing budgets and timelines for MEP works, supervising site execution, and conducting regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and energy efficiency.

The MEP Manager will also handle technical documentation, resolve on-site issues, support handover processes,



and contribute to ongoing maintenance strategies for completed properties.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in property operations and Property Management within residential or commercial projects.
- Experience in Lease Administration, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with tenants and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate transactions, with understanding of occupancy, building services, and facility requirements.
- Exposure to Commercial Real Estate environments, including mixed-use or high-density projects, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced certification in MEP or building services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and MEP design principles relevant to residential high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and using relevant design or project management software.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple contractors and timelines.
- Proven experience in site supervision, quality control, and problem-solving in large-scale construction projects.
