Role Description The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with digital campaigns, social media content, and branding initiatives for various clients and internal projects.

Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, helping prepare marketing materials, coordinating with team members on promotional activities, and contributing ideas to marketing strategy discussions.



The intern will also help track campaign performance, support sales and customer engagement activities, and maintain organized records of marketing assets and data. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kalkulam, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to learning and execution.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and marketing outreach to support lead generation and client engagement.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms; familiarity with branding principles is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a quick-paced environment; ability to work on-site in Kalkulam.
- Comfort with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); exposure to marketing or analytics tools is a plus.
