Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Kochi.

The Marketing

Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans to grow brand presence and customer engagement in the local market.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior and competitors, coordinating sales and promotional activities, and assisting in the implementation of digital and offline marketing campaigns.



The role involves close collaboration with sales, operations, and central marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective local activation, and achievement of business targets.

The Marketing

Executive will also prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market insights to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective campaigns.
- Experience in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret customer and competitor data.
- Effective Communication skills for cross-functional coordination and customer-facing activities.
- Foundational Sales and Marketing skills to support revenue growth and brand building initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer products, especially in the parenting or kids segment, is beneficiabl but not necessary
