Role Description The Marketing Communications Specialist will support SCALE Healthcare’s brand and messaging by planning, creating, and distributing clear and consistent communications across multiple channels. This role will involve drafting and editing press releases, case studies, and thought leadership content; coordinating public relations efforts; and maintaining alignment with strategic communications objectives. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, translate complex revenue cycle and healthcare concepts into accessible language, and ensure communications reflect the company’s values and positioning.





Additional responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, supporting event-related communications, and contributing to the development of marketing collateral and digital content. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mohali district.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications skills, with the ability to align messaging to business objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Candidates should possess experience in Press Releases and Public Relations, including media outreach and managing external communications.
- Candidates should possess strong writing, editing, and content development skills, ideally within healthcare or B2B services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, basic design tools, and analytics for tracking communication effectiveness is beneficial.
- Prior experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or professional services environments is an advantage.
