Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CargoWise One Developer with strong technical expertise in CargoWise One ERP configuration, development, automation, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements, design and develop technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, reliable applications supporting Finance and Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in CargoWise One development, configuration, and customization.
- Implement CargoWise One configuration changes, process automation, and Level 1/Level 2 (L1/L2) application support.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Analyse business system designs and develop robust, scalable, and defect-free application solutions.
- Participate in medium- and high-complexity projects involving CargoWise One implementation and enhancements.
- Develop, configure, and unit-test solutions based on Component Requirement Documents (CRDs) and defined technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, testing procedures, technical documentation, and quality guidelines.
- Deliver tested solutions to the configuration analyst for system integration and further testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with third-party software vendors and solution providers to resolve technical challenges and finalize design requirements.
- Lead and coordinate small teams,



ensuring timely delivery of development and implementation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and system enhancements.

Required Skills and Capabilities

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in CargoWise One ERP development, implementation, deployment, and application support.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain processes within the CargoWise One environment.
- Experience in CargoWise One configuration, customization, automation, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Good understanding of project implementation methodologies, including Agile.
- Strong architecture, solution design, and application development capabilities.
- Ability to analyse complex business problems and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in leading small teams and coordinating development activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, particularly when working with third-party software and solution providers.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to delivering quality solutions within agreed timelines and established development standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in end-to-end CargoWise One implementation and enhancement projects.
- Ability to work independently with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Solid focus on application quality, operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
