Suit Lounge is a luxury bespoke menswear house, born in Chennai in 2023. Our signature experience centre in T. Nagar is where every suit, shirt, trouser, ceremonial piece and couture wedding ensemble is made to measure.

We source only from Woolmark-certified mills across Europe. Our suiting is cut from high-end worsted merino, cashmere, mohair, vicuña and rare luxury blends from the United Kingdom, France and Italy. Our shirting uses the finest cotton, linen and silk from Italy, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

The role

As a Luxury Sales Stylist, you’ll be at the front of one of the city’s most exclusive client books. Your clients include film personalities, celebrity stylists, industrialists, entrepreneurs, and grooms, along with their families. This is a rapid-paced, high-pressure sales role in a brand that is scaling quickly. You’ll learn to advise and close clients for whom price is rarely the first question, and for whom quality, experience, discretion and service matter most.

- This is a retail sales role. Your main job is to sell bespoke menswear and own each client’s journey until delivery and beyond.
- Styling knowledge is a tool you use to sell. It isn’t the job itself.
- You’re responsible for every client’s experience and styling,



from first hello to final fitting.
- Behave like an owner, you own the customer's journey.
- If you want a design only role from a desk, this isn’t it.

What you’ll do

- Sell: consult clients, recommend fabrics and styles to fit their needs, and close the sale.
- Deliver: coordinate the order through production, fittings, and delivery.
- Retain: follow up, collect feedback, and bring clients back for their next order.

Who we’re looking for

- Freshers welcome. 1+ year of retail experience is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), plus conversational Tamil and Hindi.
- Confident and clear when speaking to strangers.
- Proactive, disciplined, and punctual.
- Hungry to earn through sales and to build a career in it.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
