Role Description The Loss Prevention Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for safeguarding company assets across retail locations and warehouses. This role oversees loss prevention programs, monitors compliance with security procedures, and analyzes shrinkage data to identify trends and root causes.

The Loss Prevention

Manager conducts store audits, coordinates investigations related to theft, fraud, and policy violations, and collaborates with store management to implement corrective measures.

Responsibilities include developing and updating security protocols, training staff on loss prevention best practices, and partnering with operations and inventory teams to strengthen controls. The role also requires preparing regular reports for leadership,



coordinating with external security providers when needed, and supporting a safe, secure environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Control.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Physical Security and Security Management.
- Candidates should possess experience in Fraud Investigations and related incident management.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills for data interpretation, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, team collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Candidates should possess experience in retail, furniture, or multi-store environments; prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Criminology, Security Management) or equivalent professional experience.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using MS Office tools and basic reporting systems; familiarity with ERP or retail POS systems is an advantage.

Requirements

- Candidate must have retail experience and have worked in the retail sector for a minimum of 8 years.
- Must have handled LP role at least for 4 years or more.
- Warehouse auditing experience is mandatory.
- Must have worked as a manager for a minimum of 5 years.
- Team handling experience required.
- Willingness to travel.
- Clear understanding on SOPs and process.
