Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch, shipping, and order fulfilment operations across our retail and e-commerce network.

The role involves coordinating with warehouse teams, retail stores, courier partners, and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily order processing, packing, shipping, and dispatch operations.




- Coordinate courier pickups, deliveries, and inter-store inventory transfers.
- Prepare and verify shipping labels, invoices, packing lists, and dispatch records.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, damages, returns, and other logistics issues.
- Coordinate with inventory, fulfilment, and customer service teams to manage pending orders.
- Maintain packing standards, monitor dispatch timelines, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfilment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Sheets, and courier management platforms is preferred.
- Ability to handle high order volumes, and meet deadlines.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
