Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our supply chain operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate should have good organizational and communication skills, the ability to coordinate with vendors and transporters, and a strong focus on ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, warehouses, or business locations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock monitoring, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents, invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and dispatch records.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery delays, transportation issues,



and other operational challenges.
- Support order processing, material movement, and warehouse coordination.
- Maintain logistics and supply chain data using MS Excel, ERP systems, or other relevant software.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable logistics documentation requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on dispatches, deliveries, inventory, and logistics performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or logistics management software is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
