Role Description The Life Insurance Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of life insurance advisors or sales representatives, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards. Daily activities include guiding the team on product offerings, overseeing client onboarding, reviewing proposals,



and supporting the closure of sales opportunities.

The Team

Leader will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes, provide regular training and coaching, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy retention. The role also involves reporting key metrics, forecasting sales, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth in the life insurance portfolio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and Insurance, particularly in life insurance products and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills, including mentoring, performance tracking, and coaching diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including target achievement, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; experience in brokerage or insurance distribution; strong analytical and reporting abilities; proficiency in MS Office; and clear, professional communication skills in English and local languages.
