QA Lead / QA Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead / QA Architect with extensive experience in Quality Engineering and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, specialized Salesforce testing, and API & integration testing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive quality initiatives and mentor a team of quality engineers.

Responsibilities

- Lead the quality engineering efforts for Salesforce applications, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Automate API testing for REST/SOAP services and validate cross-enterprise integrations.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools for test-case generation, test data creation, and defect analysis.
- Integrate automated regression suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Datadog.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies,



including story refinement and design discussions, to implement shift-left testing practices.
- Manage test data and design reusable automation components to ensure release-readiness metrics are met.

Mandatory Skills

- 8-10+ years of Quality Engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead or QA Architect role.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Provar, Selenium, Playwright).
- Specialized experience in Salesforce testing (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds).
- Robust background in API & integration testing.
- Experience with data quality assurance.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with AI-assisted quality engineering tools.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps integration.
- Knowledge of shift-left testing methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
