Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day execution activities as per the approved project schedule.
- Validate PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, or system configurations before deployment.
- Perform audits on logic, communication, and system architecture to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot system / integration issues during FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
- Coordinate across engineering, design, procurement, production, and service teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure standardization and correctness of logic, drawings, SCADA screens, test plans, and documentation.
- Monitor task progress, delivery timelines, site readiness, and engineering completion.
- Act as the first contact point for customers during execution and commissioning phases.
- Provide regular progress updates and issue resolutions to maintain customer confidence.
- Escalate major concerns / risks to the Project Manager with actionable inputs.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior team members.




- Identify required training needs and coordinate with the Project Manager for implementation.
- Ensure proper usage of checklists, templates, and company process documents.
- Ensure that all deliverables follow defined ISO/QMS processes.
- Maintain daily execution logs, progress updates, and issue trackers.

Qualifications:

- Engineering graduate (Bachelor’s degree in relevant field).
- 8–10 years of experience in industrial automation Projects/Turnkey Projects.
- Experience in leading small project teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, Drives, Industrial Networking, and related systems.
- Positive understanding of industrial protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, ControlNet, DeviceNet, OPC).
- Familiarity with MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office tools.
- Understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement → design → engineering → FAT → SAT → commissioning.
