We’re looking for a learning skilled to drive enterprise learning operations, LMS adoption, onboarding and product readiness across our SaaS and AI-enabled banking technology organization.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in enterprise learning, product enablement or learning program management.
- Hands-on LMS expertise and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build role-based learning journeys and measure readiness.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools.
- SaaS, fintech, banking technology or consulting experience is preferred.
