Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Jewellery Sales Executive role based at SilverWorld in Delhi, India. The role involves greeting and assisting customers in-store, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable silver jewelry pieces from the curated collection.

The Junior Jewellery Sales

Executive will handle basic product demonstrations, support billing and packaging, and maintain displays to ensure the showroom looks organized and appealing. Daily responsibilities include learning product details and craftsmanship stories, answering customer queries,



and providing courteous service that reflects the brand’s legacy. The role also includes supporting inventory checks, coordinating with senior sales staff, and adhering to store policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications

- Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to engage warmly with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable products.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry or fashion products, with an interest in silver jewelry, design trends, and aesthetic presentation.
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear, polite, and professional interaction in a retail environment.
- Organizational and attention-to-detail skills to maintain product displays, assist with inventory, and handle billing accurately.
- Comfort working on-site in a busy retail setting, with reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Prior retail or showroom experience is an advantage but not mandatory; a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role is essential.
- Minimum high school education; additional training or coursework in retail, fashion, or hospitality is beneficial.
