About the Opportunity

At Sixteen Dreams, We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting and financial coordination at our Shahdara office.

Responsibilities

Prepare, reconcile, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly financial entries using advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables.

Support month-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.

Generate financial reports for internal stakeholders and clients using automated Excel dashboards and templates.

Assist in vendor invoice processing, billing, expense validation, and bank reconciliation with high attention to detail.

Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and ledger accounts while ensuring timely filing support and compliance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, operations,



and compliance teams to ensure timely financial data alignment.

Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual accounting tasks using Excel functions.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree completed in any discipline.

1+ years of relevant hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience.

Advanced MS Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis).

Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and general bookkeeping principles.

Practical knowledge of standard accounting software (e.g., Tally) and the MS Office suite.

High numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and proximity to Shahdara, Delhi.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero.

Basic understanding of Power Query or Excel macros for task automation.
