Role Description The Senior Team Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Dadri, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service. This role includes supervising staff schedules, monitoring sales performance, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Lead will coordinate with store management on promotional activities, track key performance indicators, and support process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience. The role also involves coaching team members, resolving operational issues,



and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or a related customer-facing environment, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong skills in store operations, including inventory handling, cash management, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution, with the ability to respond to customer needs in a professional and timely manner.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills to monitor sales, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Dadri, including availability for retail shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in retail, FMCG, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or retail management, is an advantage.
