About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. The role will focus on building robust backend solutions, developing RESTful APIs, integrating applications, and ensuring high performance and reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Work on backend development, application integration, and database management.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver software solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and ensure productive database performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and application enhancements.
- Work with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning and team discussions.
- Stay updated with emerging Java technologies, frameworks,



and software development best practices.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development and backend application development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Good knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and development tools.
- Understanding of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
