Role Description The IT/DevOps Engineer will work on-site in the Mohali district, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to support and optimize the company’s technology infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and automating server and cloud environments, implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code workflows, and overseeing system administration tasks for Linux-based systems. The role involves setting up and maintaining continuous integration pipelines, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and improving reliability and security across environments.





The IT/DevOps Engineer will also support application deployments, contribute to internal tooling development, and document processes and standards to ensure consistent and productive operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, including experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Candidates should possess solid System Administration and Linux skills for managing servers, user access, security, and performance tuning.
- Candidates should possess Continuous Integration skills, including setting up and maintaining CI pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, or Java) to build automation and tooling.
- Relevant experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and aptitude for working in cross-functional teams are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
