Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates and provide interview updates.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist with offer follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Requirements





• Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT recruitment and technical roles is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools.
