Nature of the Internship

This internship follows a Self-Learning with Industry Mentorship Model.

Selection Process

Stage 1 –
- Five-Day Assessment Program

Before being admitted into the internship program, every applicant must successfully complete a 5-working-day assessment.

During this assessment, candidates will be assigned practical tasks to evaluate not only technical aptitude but also qualified qualities.

Only candidates who successfully complete this assessment will be offered internship positions. Internship Structure and Stipend Eligibility The internship will be for 150 working days, divided into six blocks of 25 working days each.

Stipend eligibility is directly connected to the candidate's performance and successful progression through the internship blocks.

Candidates Who Successfully Progress To

Block 4 → ₹5,000 stipend

Block 5 → ₹5,000 stipend

Block 6 → ₹5,000 stipend will be eligible for the applicable stipend only after satisfying the required performance standards for the respective block.

The organization reserves the right to determine stipend eligibility based on the candidate's performance assessment.

At the end of every 25-working-day block, candidates will undergo a strict performance assessment.

- Successful completion of the 5-working-day assessment is mandatory before joining the internship.
- The internship consists of six assessment blocks of 25 working days each, totaling 150 working days.
- The first three blocks, totaling 75 working days, are unpaid and no stipend will be provided during this period.
- Candidates must successfully clear the assessment of each block to continue to the subsequent block.
- Candidates who successfully progress to Blocks 4, 5, and 6 may be eligible for a stipend of ₹5,000 per block, subject to satisfactory performance and successful completion of the respective block.
- The maximum stipend payable during the final three blocks is ₹15,000.
- Stipend eligibility is performance-based and is not guaranteed merely by attendance or completion of the block.
- Candidates who fail to meet the required performance standards may be discontinued from the internship and will not be permitted to proceed to the next block.
- Candidates are expected to possess strong self-learning capability, discipline, professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
- Candidates should remain fully focused on learning, performing, and building their careers throughout the internship.
- Any form of indiscipline, groupism, misconduct, unethical behaviour, misuse of company resources, or activities that negatively impact the learning environment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate discontinuation from the internship.
- Candidates are expected to maintain complete confidentiality regarding company information, projects, clients, intellectual property, and internal processes.
- Performance evaluations conducted by the organization shall be final and binding.
- Completion of the internship does not automatically guarantee employment.




- Candidates who successfully complete all six blocks with strong and consistently demonstrated performance may be considered for a Fresher position with a starting CTC of ₹1.8 LPA, subject to business requirements and available openings.
- Candidates who voluntarily discontinue the internship or whose internship is terminated due to unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, or violation of company policies will not be eligible to receive an Internship Completion Certificate or Experience Certificate for the period served.
- Candidates seeking only a certificate, immediate stipend, or immediate salary should not apply for this program.
- Certification is not guaranteed merely based on joining or attending the internship.
- All decisions made by the organization regarding assessment results, continuation, discontinuation, stipend eligibility, certification, and employment shall be final.
