About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer & Project Coordinator to manage interior design projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of interior design, technical drawings, material specifications, site coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

Prepare working drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor site progress and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between teams.

Conduct site visits to review execution quality and resolve design-related issues.

Source materials,



finishes, furniture, and fixtures in line with design requirements and budgets.

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

5–7 years of relevant experience in interior design and project coordination.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

Strong understanding of working drawings, material specifications, and site execution.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of construction processes.
