- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using reusable components, configuration-driven design and established development standards.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs and other appropriate integration methods.
- Apply effective exception handling, logging, configuration management and troubleshooting practices to improve solution resiliency and supportability.
- Diagnose production defects, perform root-cause analysis and implement controlled fixes and enhancements.
- Partner closely with business systems analysts to translate business requirements, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria into technical solutions.
- Provide technical input during requirements and solution design, including identifying technical constraints, dependencies and alternative approaches.
- Identify opportunities to refactor or enhance existing automations to improve reliability, scalability, performance and maintainability.
- Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing and participate in peer reviews to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation and operational support materials.
- Support configuration, troubleshooting and development activities within the Moveworks.ai platform and other low-code/no-code automation technologies as needed.
- Collaborate with developers,

analysts and AI product resources across the HR AI & Automation product team to determine and deliver appropriate automation solutions.
- Follow established development standards, governance, security requirements and change-control practices.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of intelligent automation development standards, reusable assets and technical best practices.
