Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing the salon’s interior spaces to reflect the brand’s creative, trendsetting identity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, focusing on space planning, layout optimization, and creating functional, aesthetically aligned environments for clients and staff. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and material boards, coordinating with architects and contractors, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the salon’s brand.

The role also involves overseeing implementation in office, ensuring quality execution,



managing timelines, and collaborating closely with the salon leadership to maintain a cohesive and memorable client experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience collaborating with architectural and construction teams.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings, including layouts, details, and technical specifications.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials that reflect brand identity.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and familiarity with 3D visualization.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality in commercial spaces.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage vendors and contractors.
- Experience designing retail or salon environments is an advantage.
