Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Installation Engineer role based in Pollachi.

The Installation

Engineer will be responsible for installing and configuring smart home products and automation systems at customer locations, ensuring proper electrical wiring, system integration, and safe operation. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, preparing installation plans, performing equipment testing, and providing basic user training on installed systems. The role also involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues,



coordinating with the engineering and support teams, and documenting installation activities.

Engineer is expected to uphold safety standards, maintain high-quality workmanship, and deliver a qualified service experience to all customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Installation and Maintenance for smart home and automation systems.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Wiring for safe and compliant installations.
- Candidates should possess practical understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles relevant to mounting, fixtures, and system hardware.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields is preferred.
- Experience in home or industrial automation, building wiring, or field service engineering is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site at customer locations, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Commitment to safety practices and willingness to learn new technologies and product lines.
