Role Description The Influencer Outreach Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This position involves identifying and researching relevant influencers across social media platforms, initiating outreach, and maintaining professional communication to build long-term partnerships. The intern will support the creation of outreach campaigns, coordinate follow-ups, assist with negotiating collaboration terms, and help manage influencer relationships in alignment with brand objectives.

Daily tasks include updating outreach trackers, preparing straightforward reports on campaign performance,



collaborating with marketing and sales team members, and contributing ideas to improve influencer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction and professional email etiquette.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with familiarity in major platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging creator channels.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations skills, including relationship-building, networking, and maintaining positive partnerships with influencers and brand stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as basic negotiation, persuasive messaging, and an understanding of campaign objectives and conversions.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, basic data analysis or reporting skills, and genuine interest in creator economy and digital marketing trends.
