Role Description The Immigration Sales Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves advising prospective clients on suitable immigration and visa options, explaining eligibility criteria, and outlining application processes. The consultant will conduct initial assessments, schedule and follow up on consultations, and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM or similar systems.

Daily responsibilities include generating leads, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and guiding clients through service packages and pricing.



The role also includes coordinating with internal case-processing teams, preparing basic documentation checklists, and meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative sales abilities, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex visa and immigration concepts in clear, simple language.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, empathy, and responsiveness to client needs and concerns.
- Basic understanding of immigration or visa processes (work, study, and investment routes); prior experience in immigration, overseas education, or related services is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or lead management systems; ability to maintain organized, accurate records.
- Strong time management and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle multiple client cases and meet sales targets.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales, counseling, or immigration law are a plus.
