Role Description The Human Resources Manager (Healthcare) is a full time, in office role based at Jyoti Hospital in Gurgaon. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical and non-clinical staff.

The Human Resources

Manager will manage HR policies and procedures, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating performance management processes, organizing training and development programs, maintaining HR records and HRIS data, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. The individual will also address employee queries, promote a positive work culture, and collaborate with department heads to ensure staffing levels meet patient care needs.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong skills in HR operations, including payroll coordination, leave and attendance management, and documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, healthcare accreditation standards, and best practices in workplace policies and employee welfare.
- Proficient in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and employee engagement initiatives to support staff growth and retention.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Having a good social network for quick and efficient healthcare recruitment.
- Having experience of HR work in healthcare sector.
