Role Description The HVAC Design Engineer Fresher role is a full-time hybrid based in Nagpur. In this role, the engineer supports the design of HVAC systems, assisting with load calculations, equipment selection, and layout preparation under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily tasks include preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating basic plumbing interfaces, and reviewing designs for compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role also involves collaborating with technical teams, updating design data,



and contributing to technical reports and knowledge resources. The engineer is expected to learn and apply best practices in HVAC design while maintaining accuracy, safety, and energy-efficiency considerations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to apply core concepts to HVAC and thermal systems.
- Ability to perform engineering Calculations related to heat load, air flow, and basic fluid dynamics.
- Knowledge of HVAC Design principles, including system types, equipment selection, and layout development.
- Understanding of HVAC and Plumbing coordination in building services and system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Familiarity with CAD or design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) is an advantage.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from technical guidance and field feedback.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site engineering environment.
