Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring HR Recruiter / BDE / Telecaller / Counselor. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities. Daily responsibilities include conducting telephonic and in-person discussions with candidates and clients, explaining job roles and training programs, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment and CRM tools.





The position also requires engaging with corporate partners and educational institutions, supporting business development outreach, and counseling candidates on career paths and skill development opportunities. The team member will collaborate closely with HR, training, and business development functions to meet hiring targets and ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong HR and recruitment abilities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for telecalling, counseling, client interaction, and relationship management.
- Basic business development and marketing awareness to support outreach, lead follow-up, and corporate engagement.
- Proficiency with MS Office, recruitment platforms, and CRM or database tools for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work in office in Gwalior, manage multiple priorities, and meet hiring and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, business, or psychology is an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, counseling, or EdTech/IT services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with learning about technology domains such as software development, data science, cloud, and digital marketing.
