A Head or Dean of Campus Placement oversees the strategic placement of students on campus.

Responsibilities include identifying talent, coordinating interviews & ensuring successful onboarding. This role requires sound judgment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy
- Collaborate with academic departments to understand the job market and create programs that meet the needs of employers
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers to promote job opportunities for students and graduates
- Coordinate with alumni to create networking opportunities and build relationships with potential employers
- Provide career counseling and job search assistance to students and graduates
- Track placement statistics and prepare reports for senior leadership




- Stay current with industry trends and job market demands to ensure the success of the placement program
- Supervise and manage staff responsible for placement activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Demonstrated success in achieving placement targets and meeting KPIs
