Role Description The Hotel OTA Revenue Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for optimizing revenue performance across online travel agencies (OTAs) and related digital distribution channels. This role involves managing OTA rate plans and inventory, monitoring demand and booking patterns, and adjusting pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Daily tasks include reviewing performance reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, coordinating promotions, and ensuring accurate content and availability across all connected platforms.

The Hotel OTA Revenue Manager collaborates with finance, sales, and operations stakeholders to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and to support clear,



consistent reporting. The role also includes identifying new distribution opportunities, maintaining solid relationships with OTA partners, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make evidence-based pricing and distribution decisions.
- Candidates should possess Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition skills to optimize pricing, manage demand, and ensure accurate recording of revenue streams.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Accounting skills to understand hotel P&L; impacts, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation of OTA-related revenue.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with hotel PMS, channel managers, and OTA extranets, along with solid spreadsheet and reporting skills.
- Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management, distribution, or OTA account management is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
