FingerLime is looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our sales team and help us grow our Demand Engine offer for online fitness and nutrition professionals.

This is not a cold-calling role.

You’ll primarily be speaking with qualified/inbound prospects who have already shown interest in our offer. Your job is to understand their business, identify their challenges, present the right solution, handle objections and close the deal.

High-Ticket Sales Closer – FingerLime Demand Engine

? WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING

Our Demand Engine is a done-for-you growth system designed for online fitness coaches, personal trainers and nutritionists.

The system can include

- Lead generation campaigns
- High-converting funnels
- Lead qualification
- CRM & automation
- WhatsApp/lead follow-up systems
- Appointment booking systems
- Retargeting
- Conversion optimisation
- Ongoing campaign management

You will be selling the business outcome and complete system, not individual marketing services.

? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct Sales Calls

Take qualified sales calls with prospects.

Understand their current business model, offer, lead flow and sales process.

Identify their biggest growth bottlenecks.

Determine whether FingerLime is the right fit.

- Present & Close

Present the Demand Engine clearly and confidently.

Recommend the appropriate package based on the prospect’s needs.

Handle objections around price, ROI, trust, timing and previous agency experiences.

Close qualified prospects into paying clients.

- Follow Up

Follow up with prospects who don’t make an immediate decision.





Maintain consistent communication until they make a clear yes/no decision.

Keep follow-ups organised inside the CRM.

- Manage Your Pipeline

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Track opportunities and follow-up dates.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Report weekly sales activity and performance.

- Sales Feedback

Share common objections and prospect feedback with the marketing and strategy team.

Help improve our sales process, scripts and offer positioning.

Identify patterns affecting close rates and lead quality.

? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You should have

✅ 2–4 years of sales experience

✅ At least 2 years of relevant high-ticket/consultative sales experience preferred

✅ Experience closing offers of ₹50,000+ preferred

✅ Strong discovery and objection-handling skills

✅ Excellent spoken English

✅ Confident communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to sell based on value and business outcomes

✅ Comfortable conducting Zoom/phone sales calls

✅ Self-motivated and target-driven

✅ Experience with CRM systems is a plus

✅ Experience selling marketing, SaaS, coaching or agency services is a major plus

Fitness/nutrition industry experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.

? COMPENSATION

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month

Commission: 7–10% on collected revenue paid Monthly.

OTE: 1,50,000/-
